Dr. Vasubdhara Kaul- TEDx Speaker
Founding Partner & Chief Innovation Officer, Carpediem EdPsych Consultancy LLP Dr. Kaul is an educator, researcher, and mental health practitioner with over 20 years of experience across banking, higher education, and corporate learning in India and the UAE. She brings a distinctive blend of teaching statistics, research methodology, and behavior management, integrating analytical rigour with human-centered and inclusive classroom practices. Her additional qualifications include Master Trainer (Teaching, Training & Developing Professionals, European International University), P.G. Diploma in Training & Development (ISTD, Govt. Recognized), Design Thinking Practitioner (NPTEL-IIT Madras & IIM-K), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Business Practitioner, and ICPEM Diploma in Counselling. She is also a certified PoSH Trainer (ISTD,TUV-SUD, PROTUS, CHRMP) Her research interests include pedagogy, continuous professional development, neuroscience-informed learning, innovation in education, and mental well-being in academic spaces. She has strong expertise in DEIB and thrives in working with neurodiverse and special education needs populations, creating inclusive, psychologically safe learning environments. She has partnered with organisations such as CGI, Cummins India, Accenture, ITC Ltd. (Tobacco Division), IDFC Bank, Indira IVF, Saviynt Technologies, WRI India, 5-Paisa (IIFL), D.K.
