The business landscape is undergoing a profound transformation driven by technological disruption, evolving stakeholder expectations, geopolitical shifts, demographic changes, sustainability imperatives, and the rapid emergence of intelligent digital ecosystems. As organizations look towards 2030 and beyond, traditional approaches to strategy, innovation and value creation are being challenged and redefined. The future of management will not simply be about adapting to change; it will be about anticipating change, creating new possibilities and building organizations that are resilient, responsible, agile and future-ready.
"Management 2030 – Reimagining Strategy, Innovation and Digital Ecosystem” invites scholars, practitioners, researchers and policymakers to explore how organisations can rethink management paradigms in an increasingly interconnected and technology-enabled world. The theme encourages critical reflection on how artificial intelligence, automation, digital platforms, data-driven decision-making, emerging technologies and new business models are reshaping the way organisations compete, innovate and create value.
At the same time, the journey towards 2030 must extend beyond technology. Organisations will need to rethink their approach to people, leadership, markets, finance, operations, healthcare, sustainability and stakeholder relationships. The convergence of human intelligence and artificial intelligence, physical and digital ecosystems, innovation and sustainability, and business performance and social impact will increasingly define organisational success.
The conference therefore provides a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on reimagining strategy, enabling innovation, transforming digital ecosystems and creating sustainable value. It seeks research that moves beyond conventional approaches and offers new perspectives, frameworks, practices and solutions for navigating the opportunities and challenges of Management 2030.
We invite researchers, academics, industry professionals, and thought leaders to submit extended abstracts, research papers and case studies that align with the conference theme and tracks, which include but are not limited to the following areas. We encourage submissions from a variety of disciplines to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange.
A one-day pre-conference workshop has been scheduled for Thursday, February 04, 2027, in online mode on the theme "Industry and Academia in Research Collaboration”

The International Management Research Conference (IMRC–SIES 2026) was successfully organized from 12th to 14th February 2026 under the theme "AI and Industry 5.0: Redefining the Future of Business and Management.” Conceived as a dynamic academic platform, the conference aimed to facilitate intellectual dialogue and knowledge exchange among academicians, researchers, industry practitioners, and students on emerging developments in Artificial Intelligence and Industry 5.0 and their transformative implications for contemporary business and management.
The three-day conference was conducted in a hybrid format, beginning with an online Pre-Conference Workshop on 12th February, followed by online Plenary Sessions and Paper Presentations on 13th February, and culminating in the On-Campus Conference, featuring expert sessions, panel discussions, and the Valedictory Ceremony on 14th February 2026.
IMRC–SIES 2026 received an overwhelming response from the research and academic community across diverse management disciplines, with a total of 119 abstracts and full papers accepted following the review process. The conference witnessed participation from 53 institutions across India, representing seven states, further strengthening its national reach and academic diversity. Its global dimension was enhanced through international participation from Malaysia and Australia, making IMRC–SIES 2026 a vibrant forum for interdisciplinary research, industry–academia engagement, and the exchange of contemporary perspectives on the future of management in the era of AI and Industry.
