Priyanka Dukhande


CORE FACULTY

Dr. Priyanka V. Dukhande-Associate Professor, Department of Finance, is an accomplished academician and finance professional with over 14 years of combined teaching and industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from JJT University, Rajasthan, and an MBA in Finance from Dr. D.Y. Patil University. A Certified SEBI SMART Trainer and NISM-qualified professional, she has consistently demonstrated expertise across a range of financial subjects including Financial Derivatives, Equity Markets, Technical Analysis, and Portfolio Management.
She has held key academic and administrative roles in institutions. Her responsibilities have ranged from academic coordination and faculty-student interface to leading accreditation processes like NBA and organizing national and international conferences.
She is a prolific researcher with multiple publications in ABDC, SCOPUS, UGC CARE, and peer-reviewed journals. Her research focuses on mutual funds, derivatives markets, digital finance, and microfinance. She has also earned accolades such as Best Paper Presenter and has written a case study book, with a finance book currently in progress.
She is also known for her engagement with students through Investor Awareness Programs (IAP) and workshops, and actively contributes as a paper setter and viva-voce examiner.
