Dr. Gunjan Hasijani-Assistant Professor Department of Human Resources

A Human Resource faculty with more than 18 years of postgraduate teaching experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA degree in Human Resource.

Her expertise spans Business Communication, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Organisation Change and Development and Training and Development. She has published 18 research papers in national and international journals, focusing on diverse aspects of HR and employee relations.

Throughout her career, she has taken on various academic and administrative roles, fostering a learning environment. She strongly believes that every student has a potential to excel in life and career if he/she has the determination and the push to do it.
