Dr. Swati A Kulkarni-Chairperson-PGDM

Dr. Swati Kulkarni is an accomplished academician and program leader with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Currently serving as the Chairperson for the PGDM program at SIES School of Business Studies, she plays a pivotal role in curriculum design, student engagement, and faculty coordination. She is also Prevention of Sexual Harassment ( PoSH) Consultant and Trainer.
Her areas of expertise include Marketing Management, Services Marketing, and Business Research Methods, with a keen focus on making management education application-oriented and industry-relevant.
Dr. Kulkarni’s teaching style blends case-based learning, industry projects, and data-driven decision-making frameworks, ensuring that students build both conceptual depth and real-world problem-solving skills.
Dr. Kulkarni has presented and published several research papers at national and international conferences, focusing on consumer trust in digital services, AI-based pricing strategies, and technology adoption in marketing contexts.
She has actively published in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed conferences and journals.
