She is a certified Prism Practitioner & certified Thomas PPA Professional. She has total experience of 20 years of which 14 years of experience in Training & placement, teaching & career counselling, and 6 years in roles like Merchandiser, textile designer & Export officer.

Her current role comprises of Coaching, Training & Development of Management students. She has extensive experience of handling Campus placements & corporate Relations.
